March 2001 - finished the IAU World Cup 48 Hours indoor race in Brno/CZE with a new (my 5th) Polish Record overall. My PB now is 315.948 K! This was 3rd place in the women's competition and 9th overall! Ultra Achievement: I never gave up. Typical training week: Nothing, just running marathon/ultra on weekend. Injury history: Some muscle problems in the first years. Blisters - special thanks to Tom Crull (Dallas) for his treatment! Favourite ultra foods: Hot soup. Favourite ultra beverages: Coke, ice tea. Things I like most about ultras: The great atmosphere and the friendship of the runners, helping each other. Things I hate most about ultras: Blisters. Wind. What got me started on ultras: To prove my own strength. Being in love with an ultra runner. Ultras I would like to do: Spartathlon Ultra Heroes: Every winner & every finisher.
